At HerbWell, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless, from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your doorstep. Please read our Shipping and Returns Policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries and returns.
1. Shipping Policy
a. Shipping Locations
We ship only across India for now. We will be soon launching International shipping to US & Gulf Area.
b. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In cases of high order volumes, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email or phone.
c. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹1999. For orders below ₹1999, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged. Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost, depending on your location. You can view the shipping charges at checkout. Any applicable taxes and duties will be added to your total during checkout.
d. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days for major cities and metro areas.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, extreme weather conditions, or government regulations (e.g., lockdowns).
e. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking link.
f. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will attempt to contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
g. Shipping Partner
We work with reliable courier partners across India to ensure timely delivery.
Return Policy & Refund
At HerbWell, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
a. Return Eligibility
You may return any product within 2 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns on:
Opened or used products.
Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
b. How to Initiate a Return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 1herbwell@gmail.com
Please provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
c. Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
d. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
e. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges. Contact us at 1herbwell@gmail.com
f. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
